Canada: Best Road Trip Cars for Driving Canada III
The mercury is rising, so there's no better time than now to take off for that much needed road trip. Cruising the open road with the sun beating down on the hood of the car, or streaming through the sunroof, has to bring blissful thoughts to Canadians from coast-to-coast. And this could be the best time to investigate buying a new car, or to rent something for the time away. The question is, what to get?
Here, in part two of our three-part series on the best road cars out there, we show you what's hot with consumers. Let's head down across Quebec to Manitoba!
The landscape changes considerably in central Canada, altering the needs of the driver. Something slightly sportier with less bulk will fit our Nation's midsection just fine.

The Dakota Dunes Golf Links, just south of Saskatoon, is worth the drive to experience the natural sand dunes and prairie grasses. Paired with Acura's TL, an afternoon at the course will have that magical Tiger feel. The chrome front end makes this near-luxury sedan stand out from its competitors. And Acura pushed the 2009 model above the 300HP threshold - so it can really rip if you need it to (it really can!) - while adding AWD.

Trekking northeast, Churchill, Manitoba offers one of the most breathtaking views in the world. The night sky turns the polar bear capital of the world into a mesmerizing art gallery of vivid colours, when the northern lights (Aurora Borealis) flood the heavens. The Mazda6 GT-V6 - easily a class leader with its stunning exterior and powerful 272HP engine -gives the freedom to zigzag quickly to find the best lookout point. And its luxurious interior tips the long-trip enjoyment scale to Churchill from wearisome to joyous.

Roaming through Ontario and Quebec can be a trip unto itself. There are big city amenities in Toronto and Montreal, quaint areas to explore in Collingwood and Quebec City and a whole lot in-between. Honda's Civic coupe provides that perfect balance between practicality and spontaneity. Sure, it's a bit smaller in the back, but it only sips fuel at 5.7 L/100KM on the highway, while turning heads with its sleek design.

Mitsubishi's Lancer GTS is another smart choice. It adds that extra "oomph," both in speed and style. And the sun and sound leather package adds more comfort with leather seats, a premium sound system and sunroof.

Canada: Ski B.C. With an Olympic Champ
It may come as no surprise that some of the best skiing in the world can be found in British Columbia -- we all know about Whistler (host of the 2010 Olympic alpine events) but sometimes it's okay to settle for second best..

Canada: Wet Your Whistle at Big White
There's nothing wrong with skiing for several days straight. But neither is anything wrong with taking a breather and sampling magnificent wines amidst stunning lakeside vistas. These days everyone's talking about British Columbia's Mount Olympus, but I recommend Big White.

Although I would’ve preferred if you went into a little bit more detail, I still got the gist of what you meant. I agree with it. It might not be a popular idea, but it makes sense. Will definitely come back for more of this. Great work
